Woking boss Graham Baker still hoping for play-offs

Woking

Woking manager Graham Baker says that his side can still make the Blue Square Premier play-offs despite their recent poor run of form.

The Cards have gone eight games without a win and have slipped to 13th in the table, eights points behind fifth-placed Bath City.

"It's not over but is a tall order," Baker told BBC Surrey.

"We've got to try and win as many games as we can between now and the end of the season."

He added: "There's nine games to go and if we won all nine then we would have a shout of the play-offs.

"We're going to go out all guns blazing and try to win every game.

"That's always been our philosophy and that's not going to change, but we might just be a bit more open and take a few more chances right from the beginning."
