Defending champions Northerners were beaten 3-0 by Guernsey Athletics at Northfield on Saturday.
A brace from Danny Marquand and another from Etienne Le Prevost saw the newly-formed outfit pull off the biggest shock of the Senior County League Division One season so far.
It was a significant turnaround from the last meeting between the two sides, which Northerners won 4-0.
"I was extremely proud of them because it was difficult," said Athletics coach Steve Ogier.
"Their commitment rate and togetherness was the most pleasing and, at times, we did play some decent football under difficult circumstances."
