Worcester City earned a useful away point from a goalless Blue Square South draw at high-flying Braintree Town.
City had the woodwork to thank early on for keeping out a John Keeling header and Braintree went on to dominate the first half of the match.
Worcester went closest to scoring with a well-struck Matt Dinsmore volley and then a curling Alfie Carter free-kick.
The draw keeps Braintree in the play-off places but drops Worcester back into the relegation zone.
