Redditch United's recent revival came to an end as they were well beaten at Hinckley United.
Former Worcester City man Adam Webster fired the home side in front, only for Asa Charlton to equalise for the Reds.
But goals from Matt West and Richard Lavery gave Hinckley a 3-1 half-time lead before both struck again after the break to seal a comprehensive win.
However, the match was overshadowed by a nasty injury to Knitters' keeper Chris MacKenzie.
"Their goalkeeper suffered a bad injury on half-time so obviously there was quite a long delay," Redditch boss Gary Whild told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"But it didn't really work in our favour as the game was well over before that could become significant."
Whild said he had made enquiries after the match regarding MacKenzie's condition and thought the news was better than many had first feared.
"From what I can gather the lad's ok and there is nothing serious and no complications," he said.
"I think it was akin to a car crash in that he had a bit of whiplash, so obviously you can't take any chances with that kind of thing.
"But it seems as though the lad is ok which is the main thing."
MacKenzie's injury meant striker Webster played the entire second half in goal for Hinckley, and Whild admitted it had been a very poor performance from his players.
"You can lose, but the way that you lose is important," he said.
"As good as we have been in the two previous games to get two fantastic results we have been the opposite today.
