Worcester City's search for a first league win goes on after failing to hang on to a first-half lead in a 1-1 draw against Bath City at Twerton Park.
City broke through five minutes before the interval when young Lewis Bridges turned home Marco Adaggio's cross to net his first goal for the club.
But Bath's equaliser came courtesy of Mike Perrot's 64th-minute scissor-kick.
"They should have won the game. We didn't really deserve anything today," said Worcester boss Richard Dryden.
City created the better chances in the first half and might have taken the lead when Graham Ward latched on to a Rob Elvins knockdown but could only fire over the bar.
I have spoken to one or two players and we could have one or two in for Saturday which I am pretty excited about
Richard Dryden
They eventually broke through five minutes before the interval through Bridges. But Dryden was unhappy with the marking for Perrot's equaliser.
"A cross came in from 22 yards and we're stood in the six-yard box so it's not a special strike," Dryden told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We didn't perform, we didn't keep the ball and we didn't create any crosses.
"Bath's keeper Steve Perrin has been a great performer in non-league throughout his career and always pulls something out. But today he didn't really have to do a lot and for me that is disappointing."
Meanwhile, experienced striker Martin Butler has left the club after only a couple of months at St George's Lane.
"He was away all week and he wanted to spend more time with his family," said Dryden.
"Given the career he's had I'm not even looking to stop him as you don't want to finish on a low when your heart is not really in it.
"But it does free up money and I've spoken to one or two players. We could have one or two in for Saturday which I am pretty excited about."
Worcester City will host Dorchester Town on Saturday, 5 September. Coverage of the game in Sport on Saturday on BBC Hereford and Worcester from 1400 BST.
