Whild hopes to have three new men in for Northwich
Redditch United manager Gary Whild will carry on as the club's boss after considering his future.
Whild says his feelings boiled over after the defeat against Stafford on Tuesday, the fourth loss in the opening games of the season.
He said: "It was very emotional after another defeat, but 48 hours later you dust yourself down and go again.
"I know that if we had kept the players together we had last season we would not have lost a game."
"So far this season it's deja vu, here we are again when you look at the players we have and the teams we have built," he said.
"As honest as we have been at player and management level, we are not where we want to be.
"We have done enough in the last two games to get a result but when we lose to goals like we did against Stafford it's hard."
Whild said: "We have bought a lad in from Rushall called James Dance, who has an eye for goal, and he can play out wide as well.
"We will have him on board for Saturday and we hope to have a couple more as well.
"We only have Asa Charlton and Danny Lewis with a lot of experience in this league, and we are hoping to bring one or two more experienced players to help the young lads out."
There will be updates on Redditch United's game at Northwich in Sport on Saturday on BBC Hereford and Worcester.
