Fearns was suspended without pay for two weeks on 16 March
Blue Square North side AFC Telford have sacked 17-goal striker Terry Fearns.
The 31-year-old was suspended a month ago after being arrested by Merseyside Police on suspicion of drug dealing.
He was bailed, but was banned by the Shropshire club for failing to attend training and then the home match with King's Lynn on 7 March.
Telford have cited a further breach of club rules for sacking the former Southport and Droylsden striker, who has the right to appeal the decision.
A former Wigan apprentice, Fearns started to make a name for himself on the non-league circuit after scoring 111 goals for Vauxhall Motors.
He was signed by Southport, and continued his goalscoring exploits with Droylsden in the Blue Square Premier last season before being snapped up by Telford in the summer.
At the time, Telford boss Rob Smith said he felt Fearns would be an important part of the club's promotion chase from the Blue Square North.
