Glynn Hurst netted a late winner for Bury against their promotion rivals.

Phil Jevons opened the scoring with a penalty after Graham Coughlan fouled Andy Morrell.

Shrewsbury drew level early in the second half, when Nick Chadwick rose above Steve Haslam to head home Ben Davies' right-wing cross.

But with time running out, Andy Bishop flicked on Efe Sodje's long ball and substitute Hurst nipped in front of Luke Daniels to score.
