Hessenthaler has got his Dover side in pole position for promotion this season
Dover manager Andy Hessenthaler has dismissed speculation linking him with his former side Barnet.
The 43-year-old played at Underhill under recently-departed Bees boss Paul Fairclough during the 2006/07 season.
But with Dover 17 points clear at the top of the Ryman Premier Division, the Whites boss told BBC Radio Kent he is happy where he is.
"I'm an ex-player so I'm going to get speculation but I'm enjoying what I'm doing at the present time," he said.
Hessenthaler - who has been linked with a number of league clubs, including Watford and Brentford, added: "Like I've said before when there's been speculation about jobs, I'm doing a job at this football club and enjoying it.
"It's disappointing that Paul's gone, he's been there a long time and has done very well for them.
"But they felt they needed a change as things aren't going very well for them. but who knows who'll come in there."
Hessenthaler took Dover to promotion from Ryman Division One South in his first season with the club.
