Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler is still being cautious about promotion despite his side winning their top of the table clash against Tooting & Mitcham. The 1-0 victory put the Whites 13 points clear at the top of Ryman One South with just nine games to go.
But Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent: "It's not over yet, things can change very quickly, it's not over till the fat lady sings, really."
The Whites only need to win six more games to clinch the title.
That is even if rivals Tooting or Cray win all their remaining games, and if Dover continue in their current form they could have the league sewn up by Easter.
