Liam Hearn scored a brace for the Reds, with his first on 16 minutes before Tom Shaw got a 38th-minute equaliser, Hearn's winner came two minutes later.
Goalkeeper Kyle Sutcliffe was named Alfreton's man-of-the-match in Tuesday's game at the Lamb, which was played in front of a crowd of 468.
The Reds' next opponents in the league are Hyde away on 20 December.
