FA Vase winners Kirkham & Wesham will host Unibond League champions Fleetwood in one of their first pre-season games under their new name AFC Fylde in July.

As well as the Fleetwood match on 19 July, the club hope to play against Blackpool, Bamber Bridge and FA Vase semi-finalists Whitley Bay.

"Pre-season games are important to us and this should be a cracker," manager Mick Fuller told the club's website.

"It can get us up and running before the league campaign kicks-in."
