Fleetwood Town's promotion celebrations have been tempered by centre-half Phil Robinson breaking his arm during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Frickley.
The point was enough for Fleetwood to be crowned UniBond Premier League champions, but Robinson admitted the injury had come as a bitter blow.
He said: "I went up for a header and their player came in. He had no chance of getting to the ball and upended me.
"I put my arm out to cushion the fall but felt pins and needles."
Robinson admitted the severity of the injury became apparent immediately.
"I knew it was broken straightaway as my hand was pointing in the wrong direction," he said.
He's due to have an operation which will include manipulation under anaesthetic

"I'm well happy the team won promotion but gutted I missed the celebrations. It's great for the club and the town," said Robinson.
Even though this was the last game of the season, the player now faces a long lay-off from his job as electrician.
Head physiotherapist Steve MacAuley said: "I spoke with Phil and he's in good spirits considering his injury.
"The right arm was fractured and he is in a temporary cast. He's due to have an operation which will include manipulation under anaesthetic, and may include some metalwork pinning."
