Ramsbottom United completed their league programme by going down to a single goal defeat at home to Glossop North End.

Two first half goals sent Bacup Borough tumbling to a 2-0 defeat at Silsden.

In Division Two, Kirkham & Wesham clinched promotion after a 3-1 win at Castleton Gabriels.

A goal down at the break, second half goals from Matt Walwyn, Martin Savigar and Andy Richards ensured the celebrations could begin.

Paul Barratt put Padiham ahead early on away at Stone Dominoes, but two goals either side of half-time saw the home side through to victory.
