Portuguese Club beat St Clement in relegation clash
Portuguese Club beat bottom side St Clement 4-1 in the Jersey Premiership to move out of the relegation zone.
Ruben Legge (2), Vitor Atunes and Marco Vieira goals earned Portuguese victory, St Clement's only goal being turned into his own net by Carlos Carolo.
The result means Portuguese are third from bottom on 16 points, with St Ouen second from bottom on 13 and St Clement bottom on 7 but with two games in hand.
Two teams will be relegated to the island's Championship.
In the only other Premiership game of the day in Jersey, Trinity beat St Peter 2-1.
Trinity's goals came from John Fitzmaurice and Eamon Elliot, while Chris Conning found the net for second-placed St Peter.
