Trinity beat Jersey Scottish 2-1 in the Dandara Premiership thanks to strikes from Kurtis Guthrie and Harry Watkins to help their fight against relegation.
The win gives Trinity 16 points with four games to play, with St Ouen and Portuguese Club on 13, and St Clement at the bottom with just seven points.
Scottish stay fourth, but have only one more point than Trinity, and have played two games more.
The bottom two, Portuguese and St Clement meet on Saturday 12 March.
