The Glencrutchery Road outfit made the perfect start with Frank Jones finding the Peel net within a minute.
Chris Bass Jr made it 2-0 from the penalty spot before Jones struck a fine third from 30 yards.
In the second-half, Callum Morrisey netted a fourth before Jones completed his hat-trick, heading home a Bass Jr free-kick.
Daniel Bell managed a late consolation for the westerners with eight minutes remaining.
Bass Sr added: "It was a dominant performance and we will be working very hard to bring in more silverware this season. The club is going from strength to strength."
The final had been postponed from December due to bad weather.
Manx FA vice chairman Tony Mepham said: "It was great to see so many people out to support the teams. It was a great spectacle and congratulations must go to St Georges, they were excellent."
Meanwhile, Douglas High School Old Boys won the only Premier League game played on Saturday to draw level with St Georges at the top of the table, having played a game more.
