Peel to face Old Boys in Joinery Hospital Cup Final

Peel and Douglas High School Old Boys will contest the NK Joinery Hospital Cup Final after both clubs won their semi-finals on Sunday.

The westerners edged a thrilling match with Manx Premier League champions Rushen United while Old Boys knocked out St Mary's 3-1.

Lee Gale netted a 24 minute hat-trick for Peel as they overturned a 2-1 half-time deficit to win at Croit Lowey.

Meanwhile, Gary Quirk (2) and Callum Stewart fired Old Boys into the final.

Steven Priestnal had given the Saints the lead at Blackberry Lane.

The final will be played at the Bowl on Sunday.
