Isle of Man cricket side Ramsey were knocked out of the Lancashire Cup by Glossop on Sunday. Ramsey had the Lancashire County League side on the ropes at 101-5 before James Moss and Chris Stockford's stand of 161 got Glossop out of trouble. They finished on 292-9, with Moss hitting 108 and Stockford 64. Ramsey's Ollie Webster and Chris McConnell took three wickets each. Ramsey were then dismissed for 176 by some first-class bowling. Scott Weaver fell one short of his half-century and Ollie Webster made 28 for the Manx side. Meanwhile, Castletown's match had to be postponed as the southerners were unable to travel to Farnworth, due to the cancellation of all Manx flights.
