Castletown saw off an inspired Cronkbourne to record their third straight victory in the Standard Bank Premiership on Sunday. Cronkbourne skipper Max Stokoe gave his side a sensational start when he captured the wickets of Wicus Wessels and Travis Friend in the first over. Gareth Morris then took charge and slowly the southerners rebuilt their innings to finish on 171-9. Cronkbourne were dismissed for 112 to give the Town a solid win by 59 runs. In a devastating spell Travis Friend claimed 6-45. Meanwhile, St John's got back to winning ways with a six wicket win over Ramsey.
