There were no upsets in the preliminary round of the NK Joinery Hospital Cup on Sunday as all the Isle of Man's top sides progressed.

Jack Saxon netted four as Rushen United thrashed second division Onchan 12-0 at Croit Lowey to seal their passage.

Laxey booked their place with a 4-0 win over Ayre whilst Peel thumped a disappointing Castletown 9-2.

Meanwhile in the only all Premier League tie St Mary's beat Ramsey 3-2 at the Bowl.

St George's defeated Foxdale 4-0, Old Boys beat Malew 14-0 and Corinthians won 3-1 against Ronaldsway.

Elsewhere, Gymns got the better of Marown 4-3, Michael beat Douglas Royal 6-2 and Colby edged out Douglas & District 1-0.
