Jack Saxon netted four as Rushen United thrashed second division Onchan 12-0 at Croit Lowey to seal their passage.
Laxey booked their place with a 4-0 win over Ayre whilst Peel thumped a disappointing Castletown 9-2.
Meanwhile in the only all Premier League tie St Mary's beat Ramsey 3-2 at the Bowl.
St George's defeated Foxdale 4-0, Old Boys beat Malew 14-0 and Corinthians won 3-1 against Ronaldsway.
Elsewhere, Gymns got the better of Marown 4-3, Michael beat Douglas Royal 6-2 and Colby edged out Douglas & District 1-0.
