Peel defeated Rushen United 2-0 at the Bowl on Saturday to win the Railway Cup and take their revenge for last year's final defeat to the southerners.
Kerron Christian and Jonny Myers were on target as Peel avenged last year's 1-0 defeat.
Both sides finished the match with 10 men as Peel's Christian and Rushen's goalkeeper Grant Dawson were sent off after a second-half altercation.
Rushen currently have a four-point lead over Peel in the Premier League.
