Rushen United scored a last-gasp winner at home to St Johns on Saturday to maintain their 11-point lead at the top of the Manx Premier League.
Tom Craine gave the Croit Lowey outfit the lead before St Johns' Steven Quine drew the sides level.
As the game moved into injury time it looked like St Johns had earned themselves a much needed point until Adam Cregeen netted Rushen's winner.
Laxey stay second after a comfortable 6-0 win at home to Union Mills.
The defeat confirmed Union Milles relegation after failing to record a single point all season.
Meanwhile, Peel overcame Castletown 3-0 at the Stadium and saw off Ramsey 2-1 at the Bowl.
Elsewhere, St Georges triumphed 4-0 at Corinthians and Old Boys beat Gymns 4-2 at Blackberry Lane.
