St Mary's continued their fine start to the season with a highly impressive 2-1 victory against St George's at Glencrutchery Road on Saturday.
Liam Cowin broke the deadlock for St Mary's when he found the net direct from a corner before Steven Priestnal doubled their advantage.
Chris Bass Jr pulled one back for the home side but it was not enough.
Meanwhile, Peel comfortably saw off Ramsey 5-0 at Douglas Road to hold on to the top spot on goal difference.
Marc Kelly (two), Kerron Christian (two) and Daniel Lace were on target for the westerners.
Elsewhere, Rushen won 3-1 away at Michael, Old Boys beat Union Mills 3-0 at Garey Mooar, St John's and Corinthans drew 2-2 at Mullen-e-Cloie and Gymns edged a seven-goal thriller at home to Castletown.
