The Manx national side will face Liverpool County Premier League in the second round of the National League System Cup following Wednesday's draw.
Kevin Manning's side will again travel for the tie, which is to be played in Merseyside on or before 12 December.
Manning said: "They are a very good side but we're confident we can get a good result."
In the previous round the Manx national team knocked out 2008 finalists Midlands Combination 3-0.
