Sylvans have won Guernsey's women's football league after beating Belgrave Wanderers 9-1 on Sunday.
Kate Le Gallez hit a hat-trick as the red and whites won their 10th straight game to clinch the title.
This season the matches have been played on smaller pitches with nine players on each side.
"Players get more of the ball which is improving the skills of some of the lesser players," said Sylvans skipper Anna Robert.
"You actually get more of the ball when you're on the pitch," she added.
Despite having a goal difference of plus 56 after 10 games, Robert says her side, who finished third last season, have been pushed hard:
"It has been close with the likes of Rovers and St Martins, but apart from that there is still quite a gap in women's football.
"It's good to see younger players coming through in the other teams and I'm sure they'll be pushing us in the next couple of seasons," she added.
