Luke Watson's missed kick for St Paul's took the shoot-out into sudden death

Jersey champions St Paul's have won the first silverware of the season after beating Trinity 11-10 on penalties in the Charity Cup on Tuesday night.

The match ended 0-0 after 120 minutes before St Paul's secured the trophy for the 12th time in their history.

Both teams missed a penalty to take the shoot-out into sudden death.

St Paul's keeper David Alexander scored the winning penalty, with the scores at 10-10, having saved the previous kick from James Hayward.
