Belgrave Wanderers needed extra-time to claim their spot in the semi-finals of the CI Champions League.
The Upton winners went a goal down early on to the Jersey opponents before Dave Rihoy equalised to take the match into extra-time.
Island player Joby Bourgaize got the winner to secure a game against either North or Grouville in the last four.
It was the first game to be played in the newly formed CI Champions League, the new name for the Jeremie Cup.
Bels boss Micky Ogier told BBC Guernsey that his side had room for improvement.
"We're playing too many balls in the air, and that's not our game.
"We're a team that likes to play football on the floor and we've got to get that back into our system hopefully sooner rather than later."
