Devon's Minor Counties game against Shropshire at Shifnal ended in a draw after a second day of rain and no play.

With rain still falling at 1100 BST on Tuesday morning, the decision was taken to abandon the match.

The result means Shropshire are 17 points behind the Western Division leaders Cornwall, and Devon 26. with three games to play.

Devon's next game is in Exmouth against Wales on 26 July, when Shropshire play Berkshire at Finchampstead.
