St John have built a six-point lead at the top of Jersey's Evening League Division Two after beating HSBC Jersey by 50 runs on Monday. St John batted first to score 112-7 in 12 overs, before bowling HSBC Jersey out for just 62 runs in 9.4 overs. Second-placed Aztec Springfield kept in touch with the leaders beating Natwest by nine wickets. Natwest scored 112-5 in 14 overs, with Aztec passing the target in 10.6 overs for the loss of just one wicket. Monday's other game saw Centurion Aces claim their second win of the season as they overcame Lutea Mavericks by 10 wickets. Centurion bowled Mavericks out for 95 runs in 11.4 overs before replying with 96-0 in 9.4 overs, as openers Andy Coleman [34 not out] and Hugo Le Poidevin [51 not out] saw the side home.
