Centurion Braves suffered their first defeat of the season in Jersey's Evening League Division Three on Wednesday losing to Optimus Colts. Optimus batted first to score 125-4 in 12 overs, before restricting the Braves to 96 all out in 11.3 overs. The result means Optimus move to within 10 points of Braves at the top of the Division Three table. Third-placed Sloggers were also on winning form, beating Walkovers Rebels to go level with Optimus. Walkovers Rebels batted first, scoring 103-8 in 14 overs, with Sloggers passing the target for the loss of just four wickets in 12.4 overs. In Wednesday's other matches, Durrell enjoyed a three-wicket win over State Street, while Le Quennevais RFC beat Jersey Post by six wickets.
