St John have moved five points clear at the top of Jersey's Evening League Division Two with a 40-run win over Natwest on Tuesday. St John scored 156-2 in their 12 overs with 52 from Jon Evans, before restricting Natwest to 116-5 in reply. Second-placed Aztec Springfield also won on Tuesday, beating Lutea Mavericks by 91 runs. Aztec batted first, scoring 141-4, and then went on to bowl Mavericks out in 7.4 overs with Ed Keane taking 3-13. G4S were five-wicket winners over bottom-club HSBC Jersey, after chasing down the target of 142 in 11.4 overs, with Tom Kearns hitting an unbeaten 52.
