Cornwall bowler Chris Hunkin was in outstanding form as 25 wickets fell on the first day of his side's Minor Counties clash with Oxfordshire. Oxfordshire batted first but managed to score just 104 runs before they were bowled out in the 35th over, as Hunkin took 4-29. Cornwall were all out for 204 in reply, with solid knocks from openers Matt Robins (31) and David Roberts (30). At the close on day one Oxfordshire were 64-5, with Hunkin taking 2-5.
