Northampton Saints have seen their lead in the Northants League's Premier Division cut to just two points. Saints had to settle for a draw at Brixworth while nearest rivals Peterborough beat Rushton by nine wickets thanks to an Asim Butt century. Reigning champions Finedon climbed to third after edging past Old Northamptonians by two wickets. And Rushden collected their first win of the season at the expense of Wellingborough, who are now bottom. Northamptonshire's Academy notched a three-wicket victory at Wollaston while Stony Stratford held on for a draw against fellow strugglers Burton Latimer. In Division One, Geddington's 50-run win over Old Wellingburians lifts them to the top of the table ahead of Horton House and Isham.
