Race for title hots up

Defending champions Romerils lost to St Ouen in the penultimate round of the Natwest weekend cricket league to set up an exciting close to the season.

Romerils are now only 14 points ahead of a fast-finishing Old Victorians team who had a comfortable win against bottom club Caesareans.

The title will now be decided this coming Saturday in the final round of the season.

Romerils will play stragglers Caesareans while OVs face Springfield.
