Over 4,000 athletes will take part in 20 sports at the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, running from 6-17 September. Great Britain's team has 206 competitors, participating in 18 of the 20 sports. Team GB finished second in the medal table behind China in Athens in 2004 and although the home nation are expected to dominate, GB hope to remain in close contention.
