Tyrone's Kevin Hughes is challenged by Niall McKeever at Clones |
Tyrone manager Mickey Harte was satisfied with his team's display in the 1-18 to 0-15 win over Antrim in the Ulster SFC final at Clones. "The six-point margin was a fair reflection of the game," he said. "Even when we were seven or eight points up we could not push on and Antrim clawed their way back. "There is always an element of complacency but credit to Antrim - they could have folded but they are made of stern stuff and pushed us all the way." Reds Hands captain Brian Dooher lifted the Anglo-Celt Cup and he was delighted to het his hands on the provincial trophy. "It is great to win the Ulster title - we set out at the start of the championship with the aim of winning this. "We didn't do it last year but this year we knuckled down and got there. "We'll not look further than the All-Ireland quarter-finals and take it one game at a time. "I haven't played much football this year and it's good to get playing again."
