George Foreman captured his first world heavyweight boxing crown when he shocked Joe Frazier in 1973. But he lost his crown in the infamous 'Rumble in the Jungle' with Muhammad Ali in 1974 and stopped fighting in 1977 to become ordained as a minister of a church in Texas. He returned to boxing in 1988 but failed in his first bid to regain the world title when he lost to Evander Holyfield in 1991 and was also outpointed by Tommy Morrison in 1993. However, in 1994 Foreman knocked out Michael Moorer to snatch the IBF and WBA titles - making him, at 45, the oldest ever world heavyweight champion.
