Wellgo pedals are, in my opinion, the best budget pedals on the market.
They are reasonably light and quite small, so they don't feel like you've got two house bricks under your feet when riding them.
The shape of the pedal has been copied, or inspired, by the Shimano DX pedal, which according to G. Smith, are impossible to find if you run three-piece cranks.
So if you want the look and feel of the good old DX pedal, then I'd go with these, and at ten bucks a pair, you can't complain.
But if it's strength and quality you're lookin' for, then I'd look elsewhere.
