When I was a nipper, it was commonly accepted that mushroom style grips were the best. Years later, Im pleased to say that things havent changed much. The ODI Longneck grips seem to be the benchmark grips in this style. Ive been running the same set for about 2 ½ years and they still feel great, in fact, theyre softer now, so thy feel even better. As the name suggests, they are nice and long and mine have never twisted.
If you like reasonably wide grips that feel quite soft, dont wear down fast, dont slip and have been ridden by most of the BMX world at some time or another, get a set of Longnecks.
