Week Six. Oz meets former ballerina Deborah Bull who talks about the connections between wine and dance. They'll be tasting Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc (2004) from New Zealand which has a special significance for her and talk about the role of wine in a number of productions including Giselle and Sleeping Beauty. Andrew Jefford visits a cellar in Lincolnshire, Jancis Robinson shares her thoughts on the sauvignon blanc grape variety and Lena Inger from the Wine Education Service will talk about their wine courses offering knowledge, tasting skills and practical advice for consumers and trade professionals.
