BSkyB are offering 200 movies which subscribers can legally download to their computers. Google and Apple also have plans for similar services.

New Jack City
Gaylene Gould of the BFI's Black World discusses 'New Jack City', Mario Van Peebles' 1991 film which brought hip-hop and street culture to the big screen. The film is an early showcase for the talents of Wesley Snipes, Chris Rock and Ice-T.
'New Jack City' (18) is available on DVD from 23 January 2006 and 'Baadasssss!' (15) is available now. The music tracks featured were 'New Jack City' by Guy and 'New Jack Hustler (Nino's Theme)' by Ice-T which are on 'The New Jack City' soundtrack.
