Chris Tookey talks to romantic comedy queen Drew Barrymore, who first made it big as a child actor in 'ET' and has also starred in 'The Wedding Singer', 'Charlie's Angels' and '50 First Dates'. In her new film 'The Perfect Catch' (adapted from the Nick Hornby novel 'Fever Pitch') her character's relationship is put to the test by her boyfriend's baseball obsession.
'The Perfect Catch', certificate PG, is released in cinemas on 12 August 2005.

Jeffrey Richards, Professor of Cultural History at Lancaster University, discusses the 1939 thriller 'The Arsenal Stadium Mystery'. The film is about a police investigation that follows an amateur football player who drops dead on the pitch during a charity match.

Ginette Vincendeau, Professor of Film Studies at Warwick University, discusses the work of Claude Chabrol, one of the most famous names in French film. He is still making films but is best known for his 1960s and 70s thrillers, including 'The Unfaithful Wife', 'The Butcher' and 'This Man Must Die'.
