Oscar winning actress Jennifer Connolly talks to Francine Stock about her new film Dark Water. She plays a troubled New York tenant who hears mysterious noises from a vacant upstairs apartment. Dark Water is a remake of a Hideo Nakata Japanese horror film. The new version is directed by Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries).
Francine also discusses the psychology behind this summer's crop of horror films with Professor Peter Hutchings of Northumbria University.

The Descent
Francine Stock talks to Neil Marshall, the director of The Descent, a new British supernatural horror movie. The film is set in the Appalachian Mountains and follows six women on a caving expedition which goes badly wrong. Marshall's last film was the werewolf ridden Dog Soldiers.

Bullitt
British director Peter Yates remembers the making of the 1968 film Bullitt which starred Steve McQueen. McQueen played a San Francisco cop trying to track down the underworld forces after a witness he's been detailed to protect.
