Jeff was one of the first chefs in the UK to be awarded a Green Michelin Star while leading The New Yard on the Lizard Peninsula, earning acclaim for his pioneering approach to gastronomy.

Jeff also runs the St Ives Cookery School, hosted at sister hotel Primrose House, offering immersive courses that guide guests through creating three-course meals as well as specialist classes in fermentation, plant‑based cuisine, pasta‑making and seafood preparation.
