He gained experience working alongside Martin Burge and John Burton Race, spending time in the kitchens of The Landmark and L’Ortolan before spending seven years at Michelin-starred Whatley Manor in the Cotsworlds.
Tim joined Launceston Place in February 2012 and after only six months, it was awarded its first Michelin star.
His menu takes inspiration from the traditions of the Women’s Institute as well as some of its most pioneering and high profile members.
