Born in London to a mixed heritage background of Caribbean and Indian, Vince grew up surrounded by a wide range of culinary influences.
He knew he wanted to be a chef from a young age and went on to study Culinary Arts at Thames Valley University (now the University of West London) before working in some of London’s best kitchens to refine his technique and broaden his culinary perspective.
Vince works as a development chef, delivering bespoke events and fine dining across a 100-site London based catering company.
His menu celebrates movies such as Paddington and Bend it Like Beckham, where he showcases his creativity and storytelling.
