Felipe Alviar-Baquero

Week nine saw Felipe leave the process and it was all down to a paper skeleton. Despite the Colombian lawyer trying to find a loop hole in the shopping task 'Judge Sugar' felt he was trying to be "too much of a smart person" and 'duped' his fellow teammates. Placing the failure of the task on his shoulders, Felipe became the thirteenth casualty of the boardroom. Of his firing, he said he has big plans for the future and assured us "this is NOT the end of Felipe!".

About Felipe

Colombian-born Felipe is a solicitor for an international law firm and was selected as one of the Top 100 Colombians in 2012. An organised entrepreneur with 'vision', his biggest business achievement to date is designing and launching a children’s play area, and he was also chosen to carry the Olympic Torch on its route to the London 2012 games.

Felipe says he is a 'good listener' and is passionate about social entrepreneurship - he is a trustee for a British charity that helps support vulnerable children in Colombia. However, he admits to being very impatient and isn't 'the best with numbers', something he thinks could be solved by accountancy training.
