An arranged marriage

Shahzeb: I was trying to assess whether this person will be suitable for my sister or not, looking at their family background, financial stability, his nature and so on, age differences, obviously. So, yeah, that was, kind of... my criteria in assessing who would be the right person for her.

So this one guy I met he was very well-off, I mean he was... in most people's eyes he would be an ideal person.

He had a good job, a nice apartment and everything, but I knew from my experience and from common sense that he couldn't have made all this money if he wasn't corrupt. He was in a government job and I didn't want my sister to end up with somebody with those kinds of values.

Well, I suppose as soon as the conversation, kind of, took off. He has a great sense of humour and so he's the kind of person... you would enjoy his company and I think that really works well.

Well, I mean it worked, obviously!
