Why delegate?


Male: Why delegate? Often demands on time mean that it’s impossible to do everything that’s actually sitting in the in-tray.

Female: If other people have better skills in a certain area than you, and they would get it done faster and better, that would be a good reason to delegate.

Female: Make sure that they’ve got clear instructions, perhaps get them to write them down.

Female: You have to maintain responsibility, even though you’re delegating you still have to keep an eye on what’s going on.
